Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year!  We got a huge surprise!  It snowed at my house New Year's Eve and it only snows here in Southern Arizona once every few years so it was a real treat!  My project today was inspired that that snowstorm which dropped quite a bit of snow throughout the SouthWest and freshened up my little corner of it.

I used Vista cardstock for the card base.  I love the beautiful blue and the smooth texture of the mica/metallic paper.

I used Mirrored Reflective Cardstock for the snowflake and the word "snow".

I used Stampin' Up's Snowflake Card Thinlits Die and the coordinating Letterpress Winter.  I really like how the card folds and unfolds to reveal the front and back of the snowflake.

Thank you for stopping by!  I hope you are enjoying 2015 so far!

I'm entering this card in the JUGS #274 winter challenge: winter
