It's February first! Valentine's day is this month so it's considered the month for romance, the month for LOVE!
The pink is the Light Pink from the Text Weight Mica package. The white stripped strip of paper on the bottom is from the Silver Lustre Package and the LOVE is the Mirrored Reflective Cardstock.

Wow! Your card is wonderful and elegant too! I often wondered how the rose ribbon would look on a card and yours is outstanding! I really like your embossed BG on top and the DP you used for the bottom.
